Learning administrators can now manually upload LTI content from any self-service LTI provider, eliminating the need for a customized connector and expanding access to external learning content.

Enhancements in this Release
Removed dependency on customized connectors for LTI content ingestion.
Added manual content upload capability for all self-service LTI providers.
Supports upload via template download and drag-and-drop file submission.
Allows updating existing LTI content using the Resource ID.
Uploaded content can be edited, assigned, activated/deactivated, and managed through standard LMS processes.
Provides broader support for external learning providers, increasing content flexibility and reducing integration effort.
Important Notes / Considerations
Available at UAT for approved beta testers and in production with the release for approved beta tester portals.
Manual content upload is only supported for LTI providers created through the self-service flow.
Self-service LTI providers do not support automated connector-based content uploads; manual upload is the only available method.
