Managers and admins can now navigate directly from the View Team action to any team member's Compliance Training Hub page in a single click. The team list is sorted by training model progress to surface at-risk users first, and includes search to quickly locate specific employees.

Description
This release enhances the Compliance Training Hub by giving managers and administrators a direct, one-click path from the View Team action to any team member's individual Compliance Training Hub page. The View Team list now displays direct reports sorted by training model progress, with the least-progressed users surfaced at the top, and includes a search field to quickly locate a specific employee.
From the user's Compliance Training Hub page, managers can review detailed qualification status, training model assignments, and progress for that individual, then return to the team-level view via a dedicated back link. This consolidates team oversight and individual deep-dives into a single, fluid workflow.
Business Need
Before this release, managers and admins viewing their team from the Compliance Training Hub could see overall training model progress but had no direct path to an individual's Compliance Training Hub page. Reaching it required navigating through transcripts, selecting View Team, opening the user's transcript, and then drilling into the compliance training page — a multi-step detour that slowed down compliance oversight.
By collapsing this into a single click and sorting the team by progress, the enhancement enables real-time decision-making on compliance risk, helps managers identify users falling behind deadlines, and reduces administrative overhead. The result is faster, more proactive intervention and improved organizational compliance outcomes.

Deployment & Considerations
This enhancement is generally available with the July release on both UAT and Production environments as part of the standard release timeline, and is a default-on improvement to the existing Compliance Training Hub experience. No new permissions are introduced.
Activation requires the Training Model feature to be enabled in the organization. Managers and admins must hold the existing permissions required to view the Compliance Training Hub page in order to access team members' compliance pages via the new navigation. No additional limitations were noted in the demo.
