The mobile training model experience introduces training models as a dedicated learning type inside the mobile app's learning lineup. Learners can view qualification-based programs, track progress, access detailed sequence information, and navigate structured learning paths without jumping across multiple workflows. Each training model includes a dedicated detail page showing the description, qualification details, application status, progress indicator, due dates, and dynamic tags for training sequence.
For sequence-based models, learners can open sequence details, review associated training objects across additional information panels, sort learning items by performance or priority, and launch content or access certificates directly from the flow. Descriptions support HTML, so tables and diagrams render within the detail view.
Business Need
Organizations managing qualification and certification-based learning have struggled with fragmented training visibility and complex learning structures that do not translate well to mobile. End users found it difficult to identify which trainings were required, what sequence to follow, and which items were overdue, leading to confusion and weaker adoption of structured programs.

Deployment & Considerations
This experience becomes available with the July 2026 production release for customers using Cornerstone single architecture. No major setup or configuration changes are required: training models automatically become available for learners who already have a training model assigned, and existing permissions continue to apply.

Offline support can vary based on the specific learning object type used inside a training model. Because sequence behavior depends on how training models are configured, individual learners may see slightly different results. Driving adoption mainly requires communicating to learners that the experience is now available on the mobile app.
