Description
This release modernizes the mobile learning experience for organizations on Cornerstone single architecture by unifying how learners discover, prioritize, complete, and revisit training. Instead of navigating between multiple sections, learners now work within a single, guided workflow accessed through the MyLearning tab, which contains two sub-tabs: Dashboard and Transcript.
The Dashboard centers on compliance, surfacing time-sensitive learning through the Learning Lineup widget, an in-progress carousel for quick resume, and direct access to sessions and events. The redesigned Transcript page expands beyond the learning lineup to include dedicated tabs for bookmarked, shared, completed, active, and user-generated content, each with persistent search and filtering and a cleaner card layout.
Business Need
Before this release, finding training on mobile was frustrating for frontline and field-based employees. Workers like Daniel, who move between customer locations and rarely sit at a desk, had to search across multiple areas, manually track compliance, and depend heavily on connectivity. This created confusion, inconsistent experiences between web and mobile, and lost time spent searching rather than learning.
By consolidating navigation, prioritizing urgent and required learning, and aligning the mobile and web experiences, this release reduces confusion for admins, makes it easier for managers to guide teams toward overdue learning, and gives end users a simpler, more focused way to complete required training. It is especially valuable for desk-less and field-based workers who rely on mobile.

Deployment & Considerations
This experience is available with the July 2026 production release for customers using Cornerstone single architecture. It becomes available automatically when MyLearning is enabled on the web, and no major new permission categories are required — existing learning permissions continue to apply for eligible customers.
Administrators should note several considerations. The Archive tab is not included in the July release and is planned for a future release. In offline mode, learners can view cached content but actions are disabled until connectivity is restored. For LX Download, only uploaded content types — videos, PDFs, audio, and documents — are eligible for offline access. These scope decisions were made intentionally to keep this first release stable and optimized for the core experience.
