This release introduces Goal Assistant, an embedded AI-powered tool in the redesigned Goals module that lets employees and managers create, refine, and manage measurable SMART goals through conversational prompts. Users can generate goals from intent, perform bulk progress updates, track status at a glance, and ask contextual goal questions for instant answers. The assistant respects each user's configured permissions and goal preferences throughout.
