The Adaptive Learning Agent is an AI-driven learning experience that delivers personalized, skills-based content and adaptive quizzing that adjusts as each employee progresses. Accessed from a new Enhance Your Learning, Practice Skills, and Reflect on Your Journey area on the My Learning page, learners click Create a Learning Space to open a conversational chat with an agent that understands who they are.
Within this conversational interface, learners can ask the agent to surface relevant courses tied to the skills they want to build, review training summaries, and add content to new or existing learning spaces. The agent can also create dedicated learning spaces around a chosen skill area and recommend additional courses to support continued progress.
