Mobile On-the-Job Training for Observers and Learners
This release brings the full on-the-job training (OJT) workflow to the mobile app, letting observers conduct checklist-based evaluations, sign off with e-signatures, and review attempt history directly at the point of work. Observers can evaluate multiple learners in a single batch session, while learners gain self-service visibility into their observation status and can notify observers with a single tap. The experience replaces desktop-dependent workflows and strengthens compliance readiness for field-based, hands-on training.
